Shanna, in registration was super nice, happy and thorough during the check in process. Sabrina and Seth were wonderful RNs! The whole process was seamless with no stress. Hands down the best experience I could ever ask for, having my first ever colonoscopy & endoscopy. Dr. Mandela and her whole staff were amazing with me they knew I was so nervous and they explained every step with me and after asking some questions I then I was able to relax. I fell into a nice deep short sleep and woke up and it was all over. Now I know what to expect for the next visit in three years. I Highly recommend Dr. Mandela-DHAT. Thank you!🙏
Had a procedure Done here. Nice, clean location. Nurses were nice. Aside from the long wait from check in, to being taken back, it was a smooth process
This 4 star review is based on the reason that I asked for an appointment with one doctor, but another was assigned later . It’s not that I’m not happy with the doctor assigned for me but it was the timing of the new doctor changed before my appointment day. Anyway the service from doctor Blessy John was good.
Everyone in the office was very friendly and Dr. Maddala was very caring, asked a lot of great questions to get more information about what’s going on with me and was quick to schedule further testing. Great visit, not rushed.
