People are very professional, prompt, and courteous. The portal can be challenging, especially trying to get through the 2-step security second code process. It didn't always send a 6 digit code. It is missing a section to fill out "implants" in the initial forms, but doesn't allow an update for that section, which shows up on the "completed" information when logging in.
I highly recommend Dr Sai to anyone without any second thought. I visited him with lot of pain in my stomach and had intestine issues. His approach of diagnosing the issue was unremarkable. I was impressed by his immediate examinations. He explained things in a very clear way and the treatment was effective. My condition improved a lot and am completely recovered. Dr . Sai is the best specialist I have ever seen. This isn’t a lie.. this man really pushed for me and my health. When I needed appointments that were unattainable he pushed for me to be seen. Dr. Mark Miller has a warm, friendly bedside manner, and excellent communication skills to both listen attentively and speak clearly with his patients. He has excellent medical knowledge, and is supported by a strong office staff. All in all, Dr. Miller and his team made the experience of having a periodic colonoscopy a positive experience.
Dr.Whitney is all the things you want in a doctor--easy to schedule without a long wait, short wait time in office, good listener, kind, smart and articulate. She quickly diagnosed the issue and explained treatment. We were in and out within 30 minutes of arriving but did not feel rushed. Her prices are reasonable (we are cash pay) especially for a specialist. Her front desk staff were friendly. Bonus--the patient room overlooks a football practice field and it's a cool view (Plano office). I would definitely recommend her and see her again if needed.
Dr Blank is without question the best! She has incredible competence and shows compassion for the patient(Me). She has a cheerful demeanor and takes great pleasure in sharing the good results of the procedure. She explains in layman terms all the details with you. Would highly recommend.

I walked out with a better understanding of my possible issue she explained procedures and why she suggests them. She patiently listened to what I was saying and gave feedback. It’s been a challenge finding a doctor that makes suggestions and solutions that aren’t a bunch of heavy prescription medications or unnecessary extra tests. This time I used over the counter products and was finished as the staff had indicated. The procedure was quick, easy and painless. Like the anesthesiologist said - night night. Take care of your health and get this done as needed.

On January 6, Dr Sami Arslanlar performed a colonoscopy and an upper endoscopy on me at the Digestive Health Center of Dallas. The entire process couldn’t have been more efficiently and professionally handled. The staff did an excellent job of preparing me for the procedures and Dr Arslanlar thoroughly reviewed the results with me. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience and highly recommend the facility, staff and Dr Arslanlar.
